Overview
After you edit a posted schedule, you must repost it for employees to see the changes.
When a posted schedule has unpublished edits, employees will continue to see the previously posted version until the schedule is reposted.
Repost a Schedule
To repost a schedule after making changes:
- Navigate to the Scheduling tab and make necessary edits to the posted schedule.
- Select REPOST in the upper-right corner and select the schedules you want to repost.
- Select Repost.
Review Schedule Changes
Edited shifts on a posted schedule display a yellow indicator next to the job code. This lets you quickly identify changes before reposting the schedule.

Repost a Schedule
To repost a schedule after making changes:
- Navigate to the Scheduling tab and make the necessary edits to the posted schedule.
- Select REPOST in the upper-right corner.
- Select the schedules you want to repost.
- Select Repost.
After changes are made to a posted schedule, the REPOST button becomes available. A numbered badge on the button indicates how many schedules contain unpublished changes that are ready to be reposted.

Note: Selecting REPOST publishes the updated schedules so employees can view the latest changes.
Schedule Status
After a schedule has been reposted, the schedule status updates to Reposted and displays:
- The date
- The time
- The user who completed the repost

Note: If you need to undo changes before reposting, press Z on your keyboard to undo recent edits (up to 20 actions). If all edits are undone, the REPOST button is removed because there are no remaining unpublished changes.
