Digital Red Book: How to Send User Login Information

If an employee needs to gain initial access to the DigitalRedBook, or has lost all of their credentials, send them a new invitation.

Follow these steps to send user login information:

• Tap the Employees menu.
• Tap the individual employee's name.
• Make sure that the employee is assigned to at least one security group so that they have access to the correct features.
• Make sure that Account Active is checked.
• Save any changes you made to the employee.
• Tap Send Invite. An invitation to login will be emailed to the employee granting them access to the DigitalRedBook app.
