Digital Red Book: Flagging Tasks for Follow Up

If some further action needs to be taken on a particular task, you can flag the task to appear in the Follow Up list for further action. For example, if you have a task to check inventory for eggs, you can enter the count of eggs in the task list to complete the task. If the count falls out of the ideal range, you can mark the task for follow up so that you are reminded to order more eggs.

Follow these steps to flag a task for Follow Up:

• Tap the Follow Up icon.

• The Follow Up icon turns blue to let everyone know that further action is required. A red flag is also visible when the task fly out is closed. A follow up item is entered on the Follow Ups page.
