MX: How to Terminate a User

Follow these steps to terminate an employee in MacromatiX:

• Log into your account and select the Special Tasks tab on the left side of the screen.
• Choose the Employee Info sublink.
• This will bring you to the Employee Management page.
• Make sure you have the correct store selected in the Store drop down menu.
• Select the appropriate employee from the Employee drop down menu.
• Once the screen refreshes with the employee's details, you will need to select the Terminate button.
• A small box will pop up to confirm that you would like to terminate the employee. Select OK.
