Filters allow you to customize your task reports in the DigitalRedBook.
Follow these steps to filter reports:
- Select the Reporting menu option.
The menu icon will turn blue, and your list of reports will be displayed. Select the report that you would like to filter, or create a new report. If you want to filter a report that you have already saved, you will need to select the Edit option.
- Tap + Add Filter.
- Choose a field and operator. The operators will change depending on what field is chosen.
- The operator chosen will dictate whether the value box is a dropdown list to choose from, or a free text box.
- If you have multiple filters, choose whether you want the report results to include All or Any filters.
- Tap the green check mark to save the filter or the gray x to clear out your selection.
- After a filter has been saved, tap the x to delete the filer.
- Once you have your filters set up, tap View to run the report or Save to add your report to the list of reports for your location.
