Digital Red Book: View or Edit Contact Information

The Contacts area of the app gives you and other managers a quick and easy way to access contact information in the DigitalRedBook. View, edit, and add contact information using your mobile device or computer.

Follow these steps to view or edit contact information:

• Tap the Contacts menu option. The menu icon will turn blue, and the list of contacts will display in category groups.

• Tap on a contact to see the contact information. The entry will bump in the list, and the details will be displayed. In Read View, only details that have been entered will be displayed.

• Tap Edit to update the information.

• Tap Save to save any changes.
