Displaying inactive and terminated employees within Pay Exceptions UI

What's Changing?
Previously when a terminated or inactive employee had a pay exception, they would not be displayed within the Pay Exceptions UI, this functionality has been updated so that Active, Inactive & Terminated employees will be displayed when reviewing Pay Exceptions.
Reason for the Change
Including inactive or terminated employees in both the UI and the export will assist customers in Fair Work Week markets when researching pay exceptions for a former employee.
Customers Affected
All time and Attendance Customers that have Pay Exceptions enabled.
