What's Changing?
“Questions Logging In” have been streamlined to help users' self-serve some of the most common login issues.
Reason for the Change
The updated questions provide helpful information on common issues users may experience when attempting to log into HotSchedules that may help them self-service their login issues.

What's Changing?
The ability to log in has been removed from the email confirmation page.
Reason for the Change
Many users receive an email confirmation request prior to receiving user credentials. We have removed the login option from the email confirmation page to remove any unnecessary confusion this situation is causing.

What's Changing?
Updated the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links across the HotSchedules application which include adding both to the standard login page (non-Global Profile) as well as making both conditional requirements for a first-time user’s login.
Reason for the Change
The links align to Fourth’s Privacy Policy statement as well as HotSchedules’ Terms of Service, making both visible on the login page
