What's Changing?
Auto-post work schedule at notice cutoff will automatically publish the regular schedule as each employee’s work schedule the defined number of days out from the end of the notice cutoff.
Reason for the Change
Auto-post is a safety mechanism to ensure New York City customers using Regular Schedules have a published work schedule each week and are not owed predictability pay for a late posted initial schedule.

All Fast-Food clients in New York City that enable Regular Schedules that choose to enable the setting.

Customers with access to Pay Exceptions in the ASC can enable “Auto-post all employee regular schedules as their work schedule # days before the start of the advance notice period to avoid Predictability Pay.” under the Regular Schedules grouping.

Scheduling managers will have the option to redate pending regular schedule consent requests to a future schedule week if an employee has not yet responded to a regular schedule consent request.
Reason for the Change
A regular schedule cannot be applied to a work schedule week if there are outstanding regular schedule consent request for the schedule week. This change gives managers a way to quickly move any pending consent requests ahead to the next unscheduled work schedule week, re-dating the effective date of any pending regular schedule consent requests.
