Auto-apply Predictability Pay for Late Posted Initial Schedule

What's Changing?
A new Predictability Pay setting allows for predictability pay to be automatically applied to all shifts when an initial schedule is posted inside the advance notice period.
Reason for the Change
When enable this feature will automatically apply predictability pay to all shifts if the initial schedule is created inside the advance notice period to ensure compliance.
Customers Affected
Fair workweek client where predictability pay is due if all shifts were posted late on the initial schedule.
Release Note Info/Steps
Customers with access to Pay Exceptions in the ASC can enable "Apply Predictability Pay to all shifts for schedules posted with less than ## days advance notice", which will automatically apply predictability pay to all shift if the initial schedule is posted inside the advance notice period.

What's Changing?
To better ensure manager compliance with right to rest violations:
- Employees will not display as available options on shift swaps, smart select, or offer select if the shift would result in a right to rest violation.
- Employees will not display as available for pickup if the house shift pickup or shift approval would result in a right to rest violation.
Reason for the Change
These changes ensure that right to rest shifts are a purposeful and well-informed action manager takes on the scheduler.

Only customers using Right to Rest Pay Rules.
