-
Sponsor jobs on Indeed with an integrated experience having applications flow seamlessly into PeopleMatter—for no additional charge
-
Sponsor jobs on additional marketplaces including ZipRecruiter, Snagajob, and LinkedIn as well as social media, Google and Bing (nominal monthly fee applies)
-
Manage all sponsored job postings in a single dashboard
-
Use AI-powered programmatic bidding to ensure spend is only used during high-traffic times and on your most successful marketplaces (based on your hiring history)
-
Access robust analytics that provide ROI reporting and source-to-hire tracking
Reason for the Change
In this job market, promoting jobs on job marketplaces is often “a must” and many of our customers are having to manage postings and applicants in multiple marketplaces (e.g. Indeed, Snagajob, ZipRecruiter). We want to streamline this for you while saving you money! TalentTrack leverages Ai based programmatic bidding to optimize your recruiting budget. Learn more in our recent press release!
Customers Affected
All customers can take advantage of the TalentTrack partnership for no additional charge!
Changes to Indeed Applications
What's Changing?
Starting Thursday, June 29th all applications coming from Indeed will leverage 1-Click Apply, increasing applicant flow. This is an exciting change that will allow hiring managers to recruit faster and hire smarter, but as a result, Indeed applications will look different. These changes include:
- In the Applicant List (beta), there will be a Quick Apply tag on applications indicating it’s from a method such as Indeed’s 1-click Apply.
- Quick Apply applications will only include Quick Apply screening questions
- Certain application question formats, under settings, will have a Quick Apply setting you can use
- Formats that allow Quick Apply are General>True/False; General>Multiple Choice; Qualification
- Qualification questions will also have a setting called Quick Apply Knockout to allow for Knockout questions.
- A Hire Setting to determine if a complete application is required for hiring (will default on)
- All postings will now automatically refresh every 21 days!
- Posting updates will flow to Indeed every 8 hours (currently every 24 hours)
- The “Send to Indeed” setting under Jobs and Locations will be changed to “Send to TalentTrack”
Note that as soon as a Quick Apply application arrives in PeopleMatter, we will automatically email the applicant a request to complete the remainder of the application. Additionally, managers will be able to send an email requesting for the full application to be completed.
All this, and more, is made possible by our new partnership with TalentTrack, which you can learn more about above as well as in our FAQs.
Reason for the Change
Customers have been requesting Indeed 1-Click Apply for some time now. With the job market as it is, and application drop offs continuing to be a problem in app flow, we wanted to provide a way to increase application flow while still helping you remain compliant.
Customers Affected
All customers sending jobs to Indeed through PeopleMatter are impacted.
