• Electronic W2 Question in Onboarding
  A new onboarding task, Electronic W-2, is now available and can be enabled by customer administrators. When activated, new hires will be asked whether they consent to receive their W-2 forms electronically. Selecting Yes allows payroll vendors, such as Fourth Payroll, to skip printing and mailing physical copies, helping reduce costs. Selecting No ensures a printed W-2 is provided. This setting is disabled by default and can be configured directly by admins without a support ticket.
