New Terms/Acronyms
New York
This state form's pdf was updated to the most recent form. The form did provide one text update, which is reflective in the employee onboarding experience:
Current Text: "Are you a resident of New York City?"
Updated Text: "Are you a resident of New York City (this includes the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island)?"
South Carolina
This state form's pdf was updated to the most recent form. The form did provide a text update in the form of year changes- 2023 to 2024. That is reflective in the employee experience as they complete onboarding.
Oregon
This state form's pdf was updated to the most recent form. The form no longer includes the redetermination option, so that was removed from the employee experience. The form also included some updates to the exception reasons and correlating exemption code. These have been updated to ensure employees have the correct code when selecting a reason for exemption status.
Louisiana
This state form's pdf was updated to the most recent form. Louisiana now has separate form for the exemption workflow: that new form has been added to the employee experience in onboarding to ensure they fill out that data, when exempt, and the manager is able to see and review that information when the paperwork is complete.
California, Colorado, Rhodes Island and Ohio
These state forms were updated to the most recent form, but no notable changes were made to the UI.
