API setTimeCardsV4- Modify the Date Time Format

What's Changing?

Changing the date format for setTimeCardsV4 API from EPOCH to the standard date time format

(e.g., 2023-04-04T08:45:00.000) .

Reason for the Change

The current time format needed to send clock in/out times is set for Epoch time (e.g., 2023-04-04T08:45:00.000), which is what was originally developed for the Soap API. Updating the date format to match all the other versions of the API will help support our clients current functionality with the API.

Any customer that uses setTimeCardsV4.
