What's Changing?
The ability to provide configuration options within the ASC to allow for Pay Rate Exclusions for Predictability Pay within Hotschedules.
Reason for the Change
Chicago's Fair Work Week Ordinance for Predictability Pay excludes employees who's hourly rate of pay is greater than $29.35. or if salaried, if their annual rate is greater than $56,381.85.

What's Changing?
The ASC- Pay Exception- Right to Rest: Has an optional additional fee to be paid if a RTR shift is worked without consent. Also the pay data has been updated to add the additional penalty amount if an employee doesn't consent to a RTR violating shift.
Reason for the Change
To remain in compliance with NYC FWW regulations. NYC requires that RTR shifts receive electronic consent from the employee prior to working the shift. If consent is not received an additional fee of $500 is paid to the employee on top the $100 RTR fee.
