New Features & Improvements | Web

ASC - Actual vs Scheduled Report in HTML

The interface of the Actual vs. Scheduled Report in the Above Store Console has been improved so that it now displays in HTML.

To view a comparison of actual labor and scheduled labor, simply configure what you want the report to reveal by clicking each field at the top and then click Generate Report.  Nothing is selected by default, so the report will be blank upon first access.  The report can also be printed or exported to Excel by clicking the corresponding option in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen.

ASC - Configuring Users’ Hierarchy

As an Above Store Console with the ability to add other ASC users, you are now required to assign a node within the ASC Hierarchy to newly-created users before being able to save or move to the ASC Permissions and/or HotSchedules Permissions tabs.  Requiring this field will ensure only the correct permissions are available to assign in future steps.

Forecasting - Temperatures for the Algorithm

Improvements have been made to the suggested Forecast Weather Widget adjustments that were introduced in the 4.0.57.2 Release (03.30.2017).  The algorithm that calculates the adjustments will now include temperatures which will offer more adjustment offerings.

Staff - Free-Text Date of Birth

As a manager with the permissions to edit staff birthdays, you no longer have to scroll through a calendar view to get to the desired date.  You can simply click the field with your mouse and use your keyboard to enter the information.
