Labor Dashboard Improvements

What's Changing?

The Labor Dashboard has been updated to include Projected Sales value for the Forecasted vs. Actual bar graph. Projected sales use Actual Sales use Actual Sales through the current time interval and forecasted sales for the rest of the day to derive a total projection for the day.

Reason for the Change

This change will giver operators a clearer picture of where sales will end up if the rest of the day goes as forecasted.
