What's Changing?

For our customers that utilize pay exception rules, costs associated with compliance violations are now included in the "Total Cost change to shift" if approving the shift transaction may result in a compliance violation for right to rest, predictability pay, availability thresholds, split shifts, and /or minimum shift violations. 

Reason for the Change

This additional information will ensure managers using the mobile app have a clearer picture of the total cost for potential shift change.

All customers using Pay Exceptions on mobile devices to review shift transactions.

Shift Approvals- Compliance Alerts

What's Changing?

We have updated Shift Approvals on the mobile app to present abbreviations for alerts when approving a shift transaction might result in a right to rest threshold violation, spread of hours violation, overtime, double time, and/or Affordable Car Act requirement violations. 

Reason for the Change

This additional information will ensure managers using the mobile app have a better understanding of the impact of a potential shift change and provides parity with out web application.
