Update Labor Position Copy Schedule Rules

What's Changing?

For clients that use Labor Positions the Copy Schedule option on the scheduler has been updated to not house employee shifts when a labor position does not exist for the shift. Users will still be unable to save edits to these shifts until a labor position is assigned if the company setting dictates that a labor position is required. 

Reason for the Change

This change updates Copy Schedule to follow new patterns that have been put in place for managing shifts that do not have a labor position assigned when a labor position is required. The change will give managers more flexibility in how they want to manage these exceptions.

Only customers that schedule by Labor Position.

Labor Dashboard - Optimal in Suggested Labor

What's Changing?

This change updates suggested labor on the Labor Dashboard to use a combination of actual driver values for historical data, plus forecasted driver values for the remaining portion of the day when Hourly Modifier or Fixed Hour Multiple rules are in use. 

Reason for the Change

The Hourly Modifier and Fixed Hour Multiple rules did not contribute to the Labor Dashboard suggested labor calculation because each required a full day of actual values to return data. Since the dashboard is intraday, actuals only exist up until the last data sync time. This change provides the ability to use values in suggested labor for a more accurate labor spend picture.

Labor Dashboard - Filter by Job Dropdown

What's Changing?

This change updates the Labor Dashboard with a Filter Labor by Job multi-selector that gives users the ability to restrict the Daily Cumulative Labor and Labor Forecast views to specific jobs. 

Reason for the Change

This change will result in a consistent selection method across clients in the long term.

Labor Dashboard - Dynamic Driver Widgets

What's Changing?

This change adds a Dynamic Driver widget to the Labor Dashboard for each driver in use at the client for that day.

Reason for the Change

This change gives users the ability to view forecasted and actual data for each driver in use at their location.

Labor dashboard- Display Jobs on Scheduled or Available

What's Changing?

This change adds a new jobs column to the Scheduled and Available pages on the Labor Dashboard. 

Reason for the Change

The Jobs column gives users the ability to view and sort by job on the Scheduled to Work and Available to Work pages of the Labor Dashboard. Job assignment is a critical information necessary to help determine who may be able to cover a shift.
