Overview
The Shift Audit Report is an organisation-wide CSV export that records shift creation, modifications and deletions, including the original and updated shift details, timestamps and the user responsible for each change. It supports transparency, accountability and compliance requirements.
Shift audit data is only captured from the deployment date of approximately 29th October 2026. Changes made before this date are not available in the report.
Permissions
To view and export the report, a user must be assigned to a profile that has the View Reports permission enabled in the settings page.
Running the Shift Audit Report
- Go to Labour Productivity and select the Shift Audit Export tab
- Select a date range of up to 28 days
- Request the export
The export is processed in the background and made available once completed.
Report Contents
The report is a single CSV containing 45 columns covering the full record of shift activity and changes. It includes a calculated field showing how far in advance of a shift a change was made.

Shift History
To review the changes made to a single shift rather than the whole organisation, use the History tab in the Shift view. See WFM UK: Scheduling: Creating Shifts & Confirming Time & Attendance.
A simplified version of the report focusing on key shift changes may be considered in a future enhancement.
