WFM UK: Activity-Based Scheduling (Performance Edition): Labour Standard User Level Permission

Overview

Activity-Based Scheduling provides functionality for users to view the Labour Standard configuration page in a read-only mode. This allows users to view the calculations without having the ability to modify any of the settings. This may be helpful for managers to view the labour standard calculations for their departments, though they may not be able to actually change them.

Applying the Setting

The functionality is sat behind a user-level permission and can be assigned by an admin user.

• To assign the user-level permission, go to Settings > User Configuration > User Levels
• Select Edit against the required user level
• Enable the View Labour Standards permission
• Scroll down and Save

• Then navigate to the Labour Standard page through Settings> Activity Based Scheduling> Labour Standards
• Select the View button

The Labour Standard details will display in a read-only mode, with all input fields disabled.
