How does it work?

• We created a universal API that makes it easy for any vendor to plug into PeopleMatter, without a custom integration.
• Once integrated, your new hires will be able to complete their background check without having to leave PeopleMatter.
• You'll have more options for background check partners in PeopleMatter—and these integrations are free for PeopleMatter customers.

What partners are available? 

1. Employment Screening Services

• ESS is our first universal API partner for background checks, Employment Screening Services (ESS).
• ESS is a top 10 background screening and testing provider that stands out for its customer service, innovation and broad range of services.
• They’ve recently added COVID-19 testing for employers as part of their back to work offering, so we’re thrilled to make their services more accessible to PeopleMatter customers.
