    Yes, you can. However, you would require 2 different logins. The same login cannot be used for both sites.

    I'm not too sure of your exact circumstances so cannot advise exactly - If you are able to login to the Fourth app then the following article shows you where to access payslips via Employee Self Service: https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042718531-WFM-ESS-Mobile-Viewing-Payslips 

    If you are unable to login to the Fourth app then the following article shows you how to reset your username and password: https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044900332

    Any further difficulties we would advise contacting your head office who can if needed raise a Support ticket.

    If you are unable to reset your password following the steps above, your manager can do so by following the steps here: HS: How Managers can Update Employees' Email and Retrieve and Send Login Information

    Still have problems getting into my account it doesn’t show forgot user name nor password reset

    I left a job that used Hotschedules a few months ago, and my new employer also uses Hotschedules. Why can't I switch my account to the new job? Also, the "reset password" request has failed several times (which I learned while trying to troubleshoot the issue myself). My login still works on Hotschedules, but appears useless for getting into Fourth.com, which is where I was led to believe I could make these changes myself. I am frustrated and need to be able to see my new schedule very soon.

    Why do you people make us pay for an app that NEVER works? Someone plz get in contact with me so I can view the things I need to view. I’m sick of this app never working. I have two phones and the app doesn’t work on neither one of them nor my coworkers. Do better HotSchedules

    Hi, I'm using a Samsung Fold and can't access the Fourth App due to it being "created for an older version of android". Any timescale on updating the app to allow android users to use it?

    Thanks for your comment here.

    Google recently closed the deadline for a new level of target API level compliance for apps published in the Play Store. Fourth are working on a new app version which along with other enhancements complies with this breaking change. 
     
    However, if you use a web browser on your Android device, you can navigate to https://secure.fourth.com/ (or https://secure.na1.fourth.com/ for the North American Fourth Platform) and then log in with your username and password.
