If an employee was manually added into the system and if the job hired into or additional jobs added require a background check, only a Human Resources Manager role or higher can continue without the background check.
If the Require background checks for Rehires setting is configured in Background Checks - Global Settings, an administrator cannot bypass the background check as the background check is required when this setting is turned on.
