PeopleMatter: How do I Hire from an Application?

If you would like to hire someone directly from their Application, you can enable this in your Company's General Settings

• An administrator will navigate to Company Settings > General Settings
• Check the box labelled Hire from Applicant Status and then select Save at the bottom of the screen

From the Legacy View:

• Once this has been turned on for your Company, Hiring Managers and Admins will see the option to Hire Applicant directly from the Application, as seen here:

From the Beta View:

The same option to hire directly from applicant status will also show in the beta view, in one of two ways:

• Select the 3 dots next to the applicant name and select hire
• Or click the applicant's name to open the quick view menu and select hire

If a Hiring Manager cannot see the option to 'Hire Applicant' please reach out to a Company Administrator to enable this feature.
