PeopleMatter: How do I Hire from an Application?

If you would like to hire someone directly from their Application, you can enable this in your Company's General Settings

An administrator will navigate to Company Settings > General Settings
Check the box labelled Hire from Applicant Status and then select Save at the bottom of the screen

Once this has been turned on for your Company, Hiring Managers and Admins will see the option to Hire Applicant directly from the Application, as seen here:

The same option to hire directly from applicant status will also show in the beta view, in one of two ways:

Select the 3 dots next to the applicant name and select hire
Or click the applicant's name to open the quick view menu and select hire

If a Hiring Manager cannot see the option to 'Hire Applicant' please reach out to a Company Administrator to enable this feature.
