PeopleMatter: Setup: How do I Access E-Verify Training?

Administrators and Managers using E-Verify will be required to complete E-Verify training within the system before they can complete E-Verify workflows. In addition, Administrators and Managers will be required to complete ongoing training periodically to ensure compliance with E-Verify; any required training will be triggered automatically.  

To complete E-Verify Training:

• Click WorkSpaces.
• Under your organization's name, click Administrator
• The Administrator WorkSpace or HOME tab will appear.  Click E-Verify Cases or I-9 Documentation

• The following message will display.  Click Begin Training

• Complete the training 
• Pass the required test with 70% or higher.  You can take the test multiple times if needed
