Can an applicant retake an assessment?
No, an applicant cannot retake an assessment.
How can a current employee take an assessment for a promotion?
If an existing employee has not taken an assessment and would like to take one for promotion to a new position, the employee will need to submit a new application to the new position. The employee should access the company's job application to submit a new application with the assessment. The employee needs to enter the Four Identifiers (First Name/Last Name/PIN/DOB) as they did on their previous application, to associate the new application with their current record. Since they have not taken the assessment previously, it will be available during the application process.
I forgot to enable an assessment. Can an applicant apply again and get the assessment if I just enabled it?
After an Administrator enables the assessments for particular jobs, you may have those applicants go back through the application process as usual. As long as the applicant uses the same identifiers they used previously, it will connect it to their current applications. If the applicant does not use the same identifiers, a new application will be created.
Can I remove or customize questions on the Assessment?
No, each assessment is a set group of questions purposefully based on research for effectiveness. An Administrator in the system can choose to remove the assessment as a whole from the desired position(s).
Can I preview the Assessment questions in our Application?
Yes, To access Application Questions at any time, follow this path: Settings → Select your organization → HIRE/Application Questions. Then select 'Hiring Assessment''. Then, Please choose which assessment you would like to preview. Once selected, press 'Next' to preview the questions.
If using the Attitude Assessment, there are 27 default questions. These cannot be changed, however, the Administrator has the option to add additional questions. This can be done by adding the optional scales of Computer Misuse and Sexual Harassment. Each scale will add an additional six questions if selected.
Can I turn off my Assessment questions?
