At HotSchedules, we pride ourselves in offering the most cutting-edge technology to improve the work of each member of the hospitality industry. When we see a feature has become outdated, we must remove that feature to make room for the best, most current products possible.
We will be discontinuing the Digital Redbook feature on June 31, 2022. You will no longer be able to access the feature after that.
What Does This Mean?
Between now and June 31, 2022, you will still be able to use Digital Redbook however, it will not be supported and any issues that arise will not be addressed. When the feature has reached its End of Life stage on June 31, 2022, it will be removed from the site and all apps and will then be fully unavailable.
Why is HotSchedules Removing This?
An unfortunate side effect of HotSchedules continuing to be on the cutting edge of technology and always striving to improve the life of the hospitality industry is that some features have to grow and evolve into more improved products. This is the case with the Digital Redbook feature in that continuing to offer and support it is counterproductive to that mission.

Am I Affected?
If you use the Digital Redbook feature, then you will be affected.
What Do I Need to Do?
There is nothing, in particular, to do in preparation for Digital Redbook reaching its end of life except to perhaps review how you use the feature and develop an alternate plan.
What Happens if I Don't Act in Time?
Nothing will happen per se, but you won’t be able to access the Digital Redbook product.
