Fourth email domain changes
As part of the continual commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be changing the domain names used for sending system-generated emails. This will impact emails sent to users, suppliers and external partners
- Emails sent from @fourth.com will now be sent from @notify.fourth.com
- Emails sent from @fourthhospitality.com will now be sent from @notify.fourthhospitality.com
- Emails sent from @fnbmanager.com will now be sent from @fnbshop.com
This does not impact our corporate emails; any emails sent from Fourth employees will continue to come from @fourth.com as usual.
Release date: Implementation starting on 18th February and completed by 27th February 2026.
