    Adaco: Reversing Point of Sale (POS) Sales

    Overview

    POS sales can be reversed in Adaco if they are miss posted or duplicated, however, this functionality should be used carefully as once the action is taken it cannot be corrected.

    Removing the POS File

    • Select Recipes > Recipe Sales > Point of Sale Interface

    The POS file can be found in the Report Log

    • Search for the file that is required to be reversed and select on the entry

    Now the Reverse Sales button will become available

    • Select Reverse Sales > Yes if you wish to proceed
