Auto Scheduler Dashboard
The new Auto Scheduler dashboard allows users to track and analyse the results and metrics of 'Auto Scheduling' performed in the UK WFM Revenue-Based Scheduling module. The dashboard offers insights into KPIs such as Required Hours, Auto Scheduler Hours, Scheduled Hours, and Pre-Scheduled Hours, alongside variances. Users can also view breakdowns of Correct, Over, and Under Hours, bar charts by day and department, trend analysis, and detailed table reports.
