Fourth Analytics: Understanding the Auto Scheduler Dashboard

Overview

Fourth Analytics allows users to export dashboards, reports, and graphs so that the data can be further analysed and shared within the business.

The Auto Scheduler dashboard allows users to track and analyse the results and metrics of 'Auto Scheduling' performed in the UK WFM Revenue-Based Scheduling module. The dashboard offers insights into KPIs such as Required Hours, Auto Scheduler hours, Scheduled Hours, and Pre-Scheduled Hours, alongside variances. 

Users can view breakdowns of 'Correct', 'Over', and 'Under' hours, bar charts by day and department, trend analysis, and detailed table reports. The dashboard includes standard filters like Location, Department, Area, and Date Range.
