Overview
This tab enables users to generate and analyze reports on starters, leavers, and headcount, offering insights into employee turnover and headcount to optimize workforce strategy.
Demographics
This tab provides a snapshot of current employees, including the number of employees per division, employment type, and contract type.
New Hires
This tab provides detailed insights into the hiring process, including metrics on new hires per month and comparisons with average headcount. Users can analyze trends in employee onboarding, helping organizations to optimize their recruitment strategies and workforce planning. This feature enhances HR analytics by offering a comprehensive view of hiring activities.
Terminations
This tab provides insights into termination trends, including metrics on terminations per month and comparisons with average headcount. This feature allows analyzing employee turnover, aiding in the development of effective workforce management strategies and improving organizational efficiency.
Termination LOS
This tab provides insights into the length of service of terminated employees. It allows users to analyze patterns in employee tenure before termination, helping organizations understand turnover dynamics and develop strategies to improve employee retention and workforce stability.
Length of Service
This tab provides insights into the average length of service for employees. Detailing in average length of service for employees over different time periods, such as the current period and the last 12 months. This helps in understanding employee retention and tenure trends within the organization.
Headcount
This tab provides insights into the number of employees within the organization. It allows users to monitor changes in headcount over time, offering a view of workforce size and trends. This information is crucial for workforce planning and understanding organizational growth or contraction.
Retention
This tab provides insights into employee retention trends, similar to the "Length of Service" tab. It helps users analyze employee turnover and retention patterns, which can aid in developing effective workforce management strategies and improving organizational efficiency.
Turnover
This tab provides insights into employee turnover rates, helping users analyze the frequency and reasons for employee departures. This information is crucial for understanding workforce stability and developing strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
Absences
This tab helps identify common reasons for absence, absence frequency, and compares this by location and date. Data is recorded by absence spells.
FTE & WTD
To calculate the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) amount, Analytics divides all hours worked (for hourly employees) by 40 and adds the number of salaried paid employees
Working Time Directive (WTD) reports displaying any Employees who worked more than 48 hours. The metric is based on the average amount of hours worked over the last 17 weeks and includes employee details such as employee number, First and Last Name, and the Average amount of hours work.
