Overview
The Time & Attendance dashboard integrates T&A data into US Analytics, optimizing clock records, streamlining dashboard configurations, and displaying hour comparisons for comprehensive labor management insights. Key features include validated and optimized clock records for accuracy and consistency across customer segments, adaptation of the EMEA dashboard for consistent US reporting, and detailed comparisons between clocked, actual, and forecasted hours to analyze and optimize labor usage. Driven by the need for improved US market reporting, these enhancements empower users with comprehensive insights into labor operations.
There are three tabs on the Time & Attendance dashboard:
'TA Summary' Tab
The TA Summary tab gives users a comprehensive view of labor performance. By comparing actual hours clocked to scheduled hours across various dimensions (e.g., job roles, locations, shifts), users can assess where staffing levels are meeting, exceeding, or falling short of business needs.
The general goal is to help managers optimize labor usage, identify areas where scheduling adjustments are needed, and improve overall workforce efficiency.

'Clock Status' Tab
This tab provides a detailed breakdown of the status of clock-ins and clock-outs for employees, helping users monitor and manage timekeeping accuracy. It allows organizations to identify issues with time records and ensures that clock-in data is validated, accurate, and properly categorized.
