Overview
To be able to post requisitions in the Receiving app, your organisation must have permission to create them in the Ordering app. If your organisation already has this permission, then the 'post requisitions' functionality will be enabled by default. To have the permission enabled, please submit a request to Fourth's support team.
Posting a Requisition
In the Receiving app home screen (which displays after a location has been selected), pending requisitions are displayed in the same list as purchase orders (aka 'pending deliveries').
- Select a requisition from the list

The screen will refresh, and a list of products included in the requisition will be displayed on the 'pending requisition card'.
Similar to a pending delivery, the Accept All and Reject All links are located under the list of products. All of the products within the pending requisition must be either accepted or rejected for the Post button to become active.
A requisition will not display rates, invoice or delivery options.
- Use the 'three-dot' buttons to amend quantities on each line if needed, and then select Accept All (or Reject All if necessary)

- Once all items in the Requisition have been accepted or rejected, select Post

The requisition will then get approved and finalised in Inventory. The goods in the requisition are then moved from location A to location B.
