Updating contract and/or contracted hours information against employee records in the HR module can be done manually, following the guidance listed below.
However, where the volume of data to be inserted is too large to be added manually the below templates can be completed and submitted to Fourth for loading directly to the solution.
Please note that the upload templates in this section are for associating contracts and/or contracted hours to employees. The contracts themselves must be created manually on the HR module prior to the upload of any contract and/or contracted hours information.
