Overview
The Recipe Food Sensitivity Report is used to see which allergens, intolerances, and/or dietary guidelines are included in a Recipe.
- To run this report, go to Report Centre > Recipe Reports > Recipe Food Sensitivity Report
- To open the report criteria screen, double-click Recipe Food Sensitivity Report or select the report and then Run Report, as shown in Fig.1

Report Criteria
- Enter the Report Criteria as shown in Fig.2

Selected Recipe: Generates the report for the chosen Recipe(s) Selected Category: Generate the report for all Recipes within the selected category(ies) |
Report Results
When the Recipe Food Sensitivity Report is generated, the results will show any sensitive information against the Recipe (either pulled from ingredients or marked against the Recipe itself), such as Fig.3 below.

Allergen |
A tick will appear in the box to indicate that the allergen is present in the Recipe. The allergens appear in this list if selected under Property > Setup > Nutrition > Sensitivities |
Intolerance |
A tick will appear in the box to indicate that intolerance is present in the Recipe. The Intolerances appear in this list if selected under Property > Setup > Nutrition > Sensitivities |
DGL |
A tick will appear in the box to indicate that the Dietary Guideline (DGL) is present in the Recipe. The DGL will appear in the list if selected under Property > Setup > Nutrition > Sensitivities |
