Creating a New Bulletin
Once logged into the system, navigate to Setup Tab > All Options > Company Admin > Bulletin Board.

- On the resulting page, click the ‘Create a Bulletin’ link.

- Enter the details in the relevant fields, noting that any field with a bold heading is mandatory.
- Select ‘Next’ to assign the bulletin to relevant locations.

- Using the arrows, select the relevant locations that the bulletin is to be assigned to.
- Once complete, select save and the bulletin will be viewable at the selected locations.
Removing a Bulletin
To remove the bulletin, navigate to: Setup > All Options > Company Admin > Bulletin board > Select Bulletin.

- Using the drop down options, change the status of the bulletin from ‘Active’ to ‘Inactive’.
- Click the green ‘Save’ button to complete.
