Release Notes WFM: Exporting Tronc2 Reports

What’s Changing?

A new option to export both the Employee Tronc and Location Tronc reports as CSV files from the Tronc2 module.

Reason for the Change

The current ‘Export to Excel’ option for the two reports downloads the data in the same onscreen format, which does not give customers an efficient view of the data. The new ‘Export to CSV’ option will allow customers to filter and pivot the data according to their requirements.

Customers Affected

All Tronc2 customers with access to both the Employee Tronc and Location Tronc reports.

Release Notes

Employee Tronc Report

The Employee Tronc Report can be run by Location, by employee and for a specific date range. It returns details of all employees who are eligible to receive a Tronc payment for that date range, and the amount they have been allocated.

• To run the Employee Tronc Report, go to Tronc2 > Reports > Employee Tronc
• Enter the report criteria as required
• Select Search

The required data will appear onscreen.

• To export the data, select Export to CSV

The onscreen data will be downloaded as a CSV file, as per Fig.2.

Location Tronc Report

The Location Tronc Report can be run by Location and for a specific date range. It will return details of all Locations and their total tronc receipts for all funds within the date range.

• To run the Location Tronc report, go to Tronc2 > Reports > Location Tronc
• Enter the report criteria as required
  Select Search

The required data will appear on screen.

• To export the data, select Export to CSV
