HS Scheduling: Missing the House Shift Manager

Overview

When it is enabled, the House Shift Manager will appear at the bottom of the Scheduling page. Select this option from the bottom menu to see any unassigned shifts as orange blocks that can be dragged up and assigned to any available employee. This article will provide the steps of adding the House Shift Manager from the schedule settings.

Steps to Add the House Shift Manager to the Scheduler

If you do not see the House Shift Manager option in the bottom menu, you will need to enable it in the Schedule settings.

• Select Menu at top right-hand corner of the schedule

• Select Settings
• Under Display Settings, ensure that the option for House Shift Manager is selected
• Select Apply
