Signing up to the Customer Success Portal

The Fourth Customer Success Portal provides access to help articles, product information, and support resources for Fourth customers. Create and account and sign in access all features, including submitting and managing support requests.

Signing in allows you to:

• Submit support requests
• Track and manage your existing tickets
• Comment on articles
• Access the Community and Ideas topics
• View all tickets raised and all tickets within your organization (if enabled for an administrator)
• Starting a discussion
• Receive email notifications for subscribed content and updates

Signing Up to the Portal 

• Select Sign In
• Select Sign up
• Use the email address associated with your organization (such as your company email or the email used for your Fourth account)
• Check your email to activate your account

Existing Customers

If you've emailed our support team before, you can create a password using the same email address that was used to get in touch with us previously.

This will allow you to view all the tickets you've raised with us before through the Customer Success Portal within the Profile section. More info on this here.

• Select Sign In
• Select Request Password
• Use the email address associated with your organization (such as your company email or the email used for your Fourth account)
• Check your email to activate your account

If you have any issues logging into an existing account, you can select Forgot password to reset your password.
