Posts on the CSP are best suited for general questions about Fourth products and knowledge articles, or requests for new functionality (in the Ideas channel). Whilst you do need to be signed in to create posts, the CSP is public-facing, so all material is searchable online. Please follow these guidelines at all times when using the Fourth Customer Community.
For technical, system, or employee-related matters, please submit a support request instead
When posting on the CSP,
Please do:
- Be honest, respectful, and professional at all times
- Search for existing answers before posting a new question
- Use a clear subject line when creating a discussion
- Provide relevant details and context (e.g. module, device, version)
- Tag the correct topics to help others find and respond
- Remember, you represent your organisation when posting
- Take part, collaborate, and enjoy the Community. Your contributions are valued!
Please do not:
- Mark posts as urgent or request ASAP responses.
- Share personal contact details or ask for private follow‑ups
- Share confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information
- Post technical, software, or employee-related issues
- Post offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or political content
- Use all capitals, as this can be seen as shouting
- Ignore the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. All posts are moderated and may be rejected
