ESS Mobile Release Note: Viewing Payslips Older than the Past 12 Months (UK)

What’s Changing?

Payslips older than the previous 12-month period will now be available to view in the ‘My Documents’ section of Employee Self Service (ESS).

Release Date: 21st November 2019

Reason for the Change

This functionality is part of the continuing rollout of Mobile functionality in Employee Self Service, and to reduce reliance on printed paper documents.

All using Employee Self Service. 


Release Notes

My Documents Tab

All users have existing access to the My Documents tab in ESS.

This tab contains PDF Payslips as well as P45, P60 and P11D forms. The functionality had previously been limited to only displaying Payslips from the past 12 months. As such, all the employee’s previous Payslips were not available to view. 

New Date Filters to be able to view Payslips from the past two and five years have been added to the My Documents tab.
