What’s Changing?
Introduction of a new 'Bank Details' page in Employee Self-Service (ESS).
Reason for the Change
To further synchronise the core Workforce Management solution with the ESS app.

Release Notes
To enable bank details in ESS:
- In the HR module, go to Administration > Global Settings > Default Employee Settings

Apply a setting against Enable View/Edit Bank Details within ESS
- Hide - The employee's bank details are not visible in ESS
- Read Only - The employee can view their bank details in ESS but is not able to update them
- Full Access - The employee can view and edit their own bank details in ESS
The Global Setting will default to Hide, meaning employees cannot view or edit their bank details in ESS unless it is changed

- Then, an employee in ESS can select the new Bank Details option
From here, 'Full Access' employees can update their bank details, which will automatically synchronise with the core Workforce Management solution.
All fields are mandatory - Account Name, Account Number and Sort Code.

If a Wagestream account is associated with the employee, it will not be possible to edit the details and the following text will be displayed - "These bank details cannot be updated because they are associated with an account with Wagestream"

- In the HR module, go to Administration > Global Settings > Default Employee Settings

- Hide - The employee's personal information is not visible in ESS
- Read Only - The employee can view their personal information in ESS but is not able to update them
- Full Access - The employee can view and edit their personal information in ESS

- Then, an employee in ESS can go to HR Details and see their 'Personal Information'
- By default, personal information is hidden with asterisks - use the eye icon to reveal it
- To make any changes, use the pen icon and make selections from the drop-down menus as required

- Next to the 'Contact section' select the pen icon
- Add a Title if desired (Ms, Mr, Dr, etc)
