    Adaco: Changing Administration Property Access Rights in User Groups

    User Group - Property Access Rights

    The Administration submenu has additional access rights within it, as shown in Fig.1.

    Fields Description
    Interface Access Rights Provides the ability to create, modify, and see the different interface options.

    Create - allows users to make new POS interfaces, however these require projects work in order to be fully setup and functional.
    • Requires the View access right

    Edit - allows users to modify existing information, however only the file paths should be modified.
    • Requires the View​ access right
    View - allows users to see which interfaces exist on the property. Allows users to remove existing POS interfaces.
    • Note: Delete and Print have no functionality
    Property Preferences Access Rights Provides the ability to View and Edit the different areas of the Administration option.

    Create - allows user to modify any area.

    Edit - provides no additional functionality.

    View - allows users to see the information contained within each of the areas but not be able to modify them.
    • Note: users with only the View access can Create, Edit, and Delete the property language/culture under Languages, Edit the Tagline Text under Customization, Edit the Allergens, Intolerances, and Dietary Guidelines under Recipes, and select whether a Product or Vendor field is set to Always Sync or Never Sync
    • Note: provides the ability to View and Edit the Reports area, specifically the Reports Usage
    • Note: Delete and Print have no functionality
    Nutrition Access Rights Has no functionality.
    Messages Access Rights Provides the ability to see and modify the Message of the Day which appears on the Welcome screen of the Adaco application.
    Communication Access Rights Has no functionality.
