Outlet Inventory Sheet Report
The Outlet Inventory Sheet report is used as a form which can be printed out and used to conduct a physical inventory count.
- To run this report, go to Report Center>Inventory Reports>Outlet Inventory Sheet.
- Double-click Outlet Inventory Sheet Report or select the report and click Run Report, to open the report criteria screen, as per Fig. 01.

Report Criteria
Enter report criteria below to get desired results, as per Fig. 02 below.

Fields | Description |
Inventory Unit Display | Longer Format: displays the Inventory Unit and the inventory description as defined on the Product Master, found under Property>Products. Shorter Format: displays only the Inventory Unit as defined on the Product Master. |
Space Options | No Space: generates the report without spaces in between products. Single Space: generates the report with a single space in between products. Double Space: generates the report with a double space in between products. |
Show Retail Information | When enabled, displays any retail information defined on the Product Master, found under Property>Products>Retail. |
Page Break By Category/Location | When enabled, generates the report by separating each category or location, depending on the outlet type as defined under Property>Setup>Location>Outlet, on a separate page. |
Report Selection | Selected Outlets: displays all the outlets in the application. Selected Locations: displays all the locations associated with outlets in the application. |
Include Bar Codes | When enabled, generates the report with the bar codes assigned to products, found under Property>Products>Bar codes. |
Include Purchase Unit | When enabled, generates the report with two count columns, including the Purchase Unit as defined on the Product Master, found under Property>Products. |
Include Expiry Dates | When enabled, generates the report with an Earliest Exp Dt column and the date of the earliest expiry depending on the last received date and the Allowable Shelf Life Days, as defined under Property>Setup>Categories>Categories. |
Include Recipe | When enabled, generates the report with recipes. |
Sort By Category And |
blank: Only sorts by Category
Subcategory and Bin Number: further sorts the products by their assigned Subcategory and Bin Number |
Include Bin Number | When enabled, generates the report the assigned Bin Number on the Product Master, found under Property>Products. |
Hide Inventory Cost | When enabled, generates the report without the products' inventory price. |
Hide Par | When enabled, generates the report without the Purchase and Outlet par levels defined in the outlet, found under Inventory>Maintain Guides. |
Hide Zero Moving Items | When enabled, generates the report with only items that have product movement within the selected Outlet(s) during the current period, e.g. requisitions to/from, transfers to/from, sales depletions, receivings/returns, &/or inventory adjustments. |
Report Results
When the Outlet Inventory Sheet report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig. 03.

Fields | Description |
Period | Allows the period to be written in when the report is printed out. |
Product | The Adaco number for the product. |
Product Description | The name of the product. |
Inv. Cost | The current inventory cost of the product in the outlet. |
Inventory | Count: allows the count to be written in when the report is printed out. Unit: the inventory type for the product. |
Purch. Par | Displays the purchase par set for the product in the outlet, located under Inventory>Maintain Guides. |
Outlet Par | Displays the outlet par set for the product in the outlet, located under Inventory>Maintain Guides. |
Outlet | The Adaco outlet number and name. |
By | Displays the chosen sort by option. |
Location | The name of the location within the outlet. |
Taken By | Allows the person counting the inventory to write their name in when the report is printed out. |
Date | Allows the date to be written in when the report is printed out. |
Key Entered By | Allows the person entering the inventory into Adaco to write their name in when the report is printed out. |
Date | Allows the date to be written in when the report is printed out. |
