Adaco: Inventory Cycle Report

Inventory Cycle Report

The Inventory Cycle report is used to see all the inventory cycles that exist in Adaco, including outlets and locations, if applicable, that have been assigned to the cycle.

• To run this report, go to Report Center > Inventory Reports >Inventory Cycle
• To open the report criteria screen, double-click Inventory Cycle Report or select the report and click Run Report, as per Fig.1

Report Criteria:

There is no criteria with which to modify this report.

Report Results

When the Inventory Cycle report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig.2.

Fields	Description
Setup By:	Displays the name of the user who last started the cycle.
Cycle	The Adaco number for the cycle and the name of the cycle.
Outlet Number	The Adaco number of the outlet.
Outlet Name	The name of the outlet.
Sequence	Displays a C if the outlet is a Category outlet or a L if the outlet is a Location outlet.
Location	The number of the location in the outlet.
Location Name	The name of the location in the outlet. If blank, this means that the location has been deleted.
