Most Recent Received Date Inventory Report
The Most Recent Received Date Inventory Report is used to see the date of when products in a specified outlet were most recently received.
- To run this report, go to Report Center>Inventory Reports>Most Recent Received Date Inventory Report.
- Double-click Most Recent Received Date Inventory Report or select the report and click Run Report, to open the report criteria screen, as per Fig. 01.

Report Criteria
Enter report criteria below to get desired results, as per Fig. 02 below.

Fields | Description |
Select Outlets | Generates the report with all or the chosen outlets. |
Report Selection |
All Products: generates the report with all the products within the outlet that have been received in the selected period. Selected Products: generates the report with only the chosen products within the outlet that have been received in the selected period. |
Period | Generates the report with the selected period, whether a previous period or the current period. |
Report Results
When the Most Recent Received Date Inventory report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig. 03.Fig. 03 - Most Recent Received Date Inventory Report results
Fields | Description |
Product Number | The Adaco number for the product. |
Product Description | The name of the product. |
Inventory |
Count: current on-hand amount of the product in the outlet. Unit: the Inventory Unit assigned to the product. |
Unit Cost | The inventory cost of the product. If the property inventory valuation method is set to last purchase price, this field will display the last known purchase price into the outlet. |
Extended Cost | The total cost of the on hand inventory of the product.

Date of Most Recent Receiving for this Product | Displays the date the product was most recently received. |
Outlet Total | The sum total of all the extended costs for all the products in the outlet. |
