Product Template Report

All Products: Generates for all products- sorted by Category and lists templates.
By  Category: Allows selected categories- lists grouped by category then product then template.
By Selected Product: Allows choosing selected products- groups by category then lists template.

The Product Template Report lists, by product number, the purchase and/or outlet templates the products are assigned to.

To run the Product Template Report go to Report Center>Requisition Reports>Product Template Report.
To open the report criteria screen double-click Product Template Report or select the report and click Run Report, as per Fig.1.

Fields	Description
Search Criteria:	All Products: Generates for all products- sorted by Category and lists templates. By Category: Allows selected categories- lists grouped by category then product then template. By Selected Product: Allows choosing selected products- groups by category then lists template.

When the Product Template Report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig.3.

Fields	Description
Template No.	The template number.
Description	The template Description.
Outlet	Outlet Requisition Template: displays the supplying outlet. Purchase Requisition Template: displays the ordering outlet
Account	The Adaco Account number assigned to the product on the template. The product accounts are assigned under Property>Products. If Enable GL Acocunts is turned on under Property>Administration>Property Preferences>Inventory then it will default to the account assigned on the product for the outlet under Inventory>Maintain Guides account field.
Account Description	The account name.
Created By	Displays the full name of the template creator. Property>User Center>Full Name.
Category	Displays the products category number and name assigned to the product. Property>Product.
Product	Displays the Adaco product number and description. Property>Products.
